I ♡ Barcelona

We are here! We just got back from our long romantic weekend in Barcelona. Ohhh ... we enjoyed it so much these days. I have much to say about everything we've done, everything we've seen, monuments, restaurants ... but right now I'm so tired ... I need a few hours of sleep to recover from the excesses of these days. I hope to be better tomorrow and to go slowly showing some bits of this weekend so special.

Today was a long day, hard work, long hours in the office ... but, 

what is the problem?

Tomorrow I do not work and I will go on a romantic long weekend with my husband to Barcelona.

Freedom

I heard that "Freedom" by Jonathan Franzen is the literary event of the year. I've seen it in magazines, on the web ... so this Saturday taking advantage of our visit to the fnac we bought it. (who could resist?)

For now you must wait at least until the end of the book of which I spoke yesterday - "Habitaciones cerradas" - and that really has me hooked. But I promise to dedicate a post when I've read it.

Another day I'll talk about our irresistible hobby to get lost in the aisles filled with books of the Fnac. ;-)

PS: Today I spent the afternoon with my cousin Mary and I just want to say that I love her!

"Habitaciones cerradas" by Core Santos

Yesterday after lunch I started this book and it`s sufficient to say that when I turned off the light to sleep I was on page 150. The story has captivated me from the beginning ... it hooks, you want to read another page and another to know how it goes ... I know I'll like it and it I'll probably be short.

Let me take this opportunity to recommend that those who have not yet read "El cuaderno de Maya" by Isabel Allende. You will not regret it.

LOVE makes people stronger

This book is a very special gift that our good friends - Laurens & Esme - brought from Holland during the visit that they made us ​​a couple of weeks ago. They wrote us a nice dedication about love. For now, the rest of the book is still blank, but soon we will write on his sheets more chapters of our incredible love story.
