Here are a few pictures of last friday´s dinner I prepared for my inlaws. The next day they returned to Holland after spending one month in Spain on vacation and we wanted to offer them a good goodbye. As for the menu, I chose an appetizer of dumplings with pesto, mozzarella and tomato and a main dish of rice with monkfish and prawns. I know it sounds bad to say this myself but the truth is that it was all delicious. Everything was great and we were able to say goodbye in a nice way. Till next year!
